Took a little over a week to get after placing the order. The screen was packaged well and was protected in bubble wrap. Tools were included and the screwdriver even had a magnetic tip which is a must when working with such tiny screws. The first thing I looked for was the Apple branding on the two ribbon cables to see if the screen was a true OEM and it definitely is. I've replaced several iPhone 4 screens and this is probably the best so far.
